A ship management company operating a mixed fleet of 15 vessels (bulk carriers, tankers, container ships) needed replacement pressure gauges and temperature sensors for annual class survey preparation. Rather than ordering piecemeal for each vessel, they consolidated requirements for bulk procurement.

Challenge

• 15 vessels across 3 classification societies (CCS, BV, DNV) — different approval requirements
• Mixed specifications: glycerin-filled gauges, digital gauges, RTD sensors, thermocouple assemblies

• Digital Pressure Transmitters (24 pcs): 4-20mA output, 0.5% accuracy, with calibration certificates
• RTD Temperature Sensors (48 pcs): Pt100, thermowell-mounted, various insertion lengths
• Thermocouple Assemblies (32 pcs): Type K, for exhaust gas monitoring, with flanged thermowells
• All items with manufacturer calibration certificates traceable to national standards
• Vessel-specific labeling and packaging for easy onboard distribution
